We've put a lot of time an effort into designing and building your theme.
Theme Poetry does not provide any warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as we can not guarantee that Theme Poetry products will work with all browser combinations.
We do not issue refunds. Our themes are built to work with the current version of WordPress and you can see them operating on our demonstration installations.
Since our products are intangible, irrevocable digital goods, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds under any circumstances with the exception of an instance where a mistaken charge has been made. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this term upon purchasing the product.
